1. Order Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations: Once an order has been placed and confirmed through our platform, it is immediately sent to our kitchen for preparation. Because of this fast-paced process, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. * Please review your cart, delivery address, and payment details carefully before confirming your order.

2. Return Policy

No Returns: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food or beverage items once they have been handed over to the delivery partner or delivered to your address.

3. Refund Policy

No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong item by mistake, or provide an incorrect delivery address.

Refused Deliveries: If you refuse to accept the delivery of your order, or if our delivery partner cannot reach you at the provided address and phone number, the order will be considered complete, and no refund will be issued.

4. Order Errors or Issues

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, your satisfaction is still our priority. If there is a clear error on our part, we want to make it right.

Please contact us immediately (within 15 minutes of receiving your order) if:

You received the wrong items.

An item is missing from your order.

The food arrived in a damaged or compromised condition.

How to report an issue:

Do not discard the food. Please take a clear photo of the items received and the receipt, and contact us right away. Depending on the situation, we will work with you to provide a replacement for the missing or incorrect item.
